Vicki is the Director of Fiscal and Administrative Services for the City of Roanoke. She is a local government finance professional with 20+ years of experience in finance administration, strategic financial planning, effective operations management, budget preparation, and comprehensive financial reporting. Broad knowledge in general ledger, financial statements, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, project management, cash management, debt management, internal/external reporting and internal auditing. Primary areas of supervision include the Finance department, Municipal Courts, Utility Billing, Marketing and Purchasing. She’s responsible for coordinating, preparing, and producing the annual operating and capital budget process, as well as a multi-year financial plan. In addition, she coordinates the annual audit process with internal staff and external audit team. Vicki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas with a minor in marketing and computer science. She obtained the designation as a Certified Government Finance Officer through GFOAT in 2004.
