Vicki is a local government finance professional with 28+ years’ experience in finance administration, human resource administration, benefits administration, strategic financial planning, effective operations management, budget preparation, and comprehensive financial reporting. Broad knowledge in general ledger, financial statements, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, project management, cash management, debt management, internal/external reporting and internal auditing, procurement, policy administration, and benefits administration. Oversees Finance Administration, Budget, Purchasing, Human Resources, Municipal Court, Utility Billing Customer Service, Special Events/Marketing, and Information Services. Responsible for coordinating, preparing, and producing the annual operating and capital budget, as well as a multi-year financial plan. In addition, she coordinates the annual audit process with internal staff and external audit team.
